Shipping & Returns Policy


SHIPPING
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed (excluding public holidays)
Orders placed on Friday and over the weekend are shipped the following Monday.
Delivery times may vary depending upon your location and during public holidays.
Once your parcel has been dispatched we are unable to offer a refund due to postal delays that are out of our control.


Orders submitted on matchmadeskin.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at info@matchmadeskin.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be cancelled or modified. So sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.


We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office.


In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible to file the claim with Australia Post and/or Your Local Postal Service. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit or shipments sent to forwarding services or companies, regardless of the shipping service selected. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.


We are not responsible to weather related damage or delays.
Standard Delivery AUD4.50 (Australia only)

Your package will be sent via standard post which can take between 3-5 business days. For remote locations Australia-wide, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at info@matchmadeskin.com and we will track it for you.


Our courier delivers between 9am-5pm on weekdays.
Express Shipping AUD8.00 ( Australia only )


In the case that you would prefer us to dispatch your order via Express Post, we will offer you this option on our website. If you do not select the Express Post option on our website, your parcel will be dispatched via parcel post by default. If your parcel is dispatched via Express Post, you should receive your parcel within 1-2 business days after dispatch.


New Zealand- Standard Delivery AUD15


Your package will be sent via standard post which can take 5-10 business days. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at info@matchmadeskin.com and we will track it for you.

Express Shipping AUD26.00 ( New Zealand only )


In the case that you would prefer us to dispatch your order via Express Post, we will offer you this option on our website. If you do not select the Express Post option on our website, your parcel will be dispatched via parcel post by default. If your parcel is dispatched via Express Post, you should receive your parcel within 3 business days after dispatch.

We only deliver within Australia & New Zealand at this time.
However, we plan to ship internationally in the very near future.

LIABILITY
Please double check your personal information before placing an order. Match-Made Skin will not be liable for missing or incorrect orders due to improper delivery or contact information completed during the order process. It is the customers responsibility to double check all information before finalising the order.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us to let us know as soon as you receive your products.
We will endeavour to replace or refund any products deemed to be in poor or unsatisfactory condition.


‘Change of Mind’ returns must fulfil the below criteria:
1. Products must be unopened and in unused condition, in their original packaging.
2. Products must be sent back within 15 days from original receipt of goods.
3. Products must be returned with a copy of the invoice or order confirmation.


Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in your exchange or refund being denied.


Please contact us before returning any products providing your contact information, order number and reason for return to ensure compliance with the above conditions. We will then be able to advise you where to return your order to (the address may be different to our head office).


Refunds will be processed in the same form that you originally paid for your order as soon as possible upon receipt of the returned products. Please note that we cannot process refunds to expired credit cards. Please allow at least 14 working days from date of return for refunds to be processed or replacement products to be dispatched.


The total value of the refund will equal the payment made for the goods purchased, excluding shipping and any other relevant fees, including Customs or Import fees.


RETURN POSTAGE
Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
Only goods purchased online can be returned to us following the above procedure.
